- When the program starts, it may ask you to allow the program to make changes on your computer (and may prompt you for username and password). This is not a threat. It will still work whether or not you agree. If you do agree, it simply gives our support staff more ways to fix your computer. In most cases, even if you don't agree, most issues can still be resolved. The choice is yours.
